*Customer: HCL America/ Shire pharmaceutical*



*Job Requirement: *

*(100 % Expertise in Windows as well as in AD)*



·         Install and maintain a Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory
infrastructure and all related services and processes including DNS, DHCP,
Certificate Authority and Identity Management services.

·         Managing/Designing Group policy and Distributed File System.

·         Design, install and maintain enterprise-class Windows servers and
all related processes including backup/restore, security policies and virus
protection, tuning, capacity planning and monitoring of all resources to
ensure high availability of all services provided.

·         Installing and Troubleshooting MS Failover Cluster.

·         Analyzing Windows OS related performance issues.

·         Develop PowerShell, VBS and WMI Windows scripts for automation
and optimization of systems task.

·         Maintain systems security and integrity concerning data and
computing resources and take corrective actions as necessary, in compliance
with company, and industry standards and best practices.

·         Develop project plans, architecture diagrams, requirement s
documentation, test plans, change requests, and communication to users.

·         Responsible for daily operational duties, backup/restore, design
the growing infrastructure, provision servers, implement upgrades, work
with hardware and software vendors, etc.

·         Responsible for Windows server capacity planning, disaster
recovery and security, Windows infrastructure design, build-out,
deployments, implementing server monitoring and performance tuning
technologies, troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex server
issues.

·         Provide third level support to customers and IT Staff on issues
relating to Windows client/server infrastructure and interoperability.

·         Analyze the risks, benefits and opportunities associated with a
proposed design or solution.

·         Research new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
throughout the organization.

·         Experience in technology implementation projects with focus on
developing and maintaining project plans and risk analysis.

·         Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
and multi-task.

·         Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal
supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important
deadlines).

·         Occasional off-hour/on-call support is necessary. A certain
degree of flexibility of schedule is required as some work
(planned/unplanned) must be done outside of major production hours during
pre-scheduled maintenance windows.
