The IT Business Systems Analyst works in close collaboration with the Project Managers, business users and various stakeholders to gather, analyze and document the functional system requirements for complex projects. Must be able to effectively facilitate and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and produce project analytical documentation. Documentation may be comprised of Use Cases, Functional Systems Designs, Process Flow diagrams, Business Rules and User Interface specifications. The IT Business Systems Analyst is expected to work in various capacities and with various teams. The IT Business Systems Analyst reports directly to the PMO Director. *Job Duties* · Quickly understand and synthesize business requirements, draw out additional business detail and transform the business requirements into Technical Functional Specification Designs (FSDs) · Strong experience with sound and accurate requirements tracability · Use case documentation (system and business) · Thorough process and system documentation using Visio · Liaison between business units and technical teams · Formal requirements gathering and documentation · Logical database design working with relational databases · Requirement gap analysis · Assist QA in Test planning or building test cases from business requirements · Ability to synthesize large amounts of information · Superior problem solving experience · Ability to amicably work with people at all levels of an organization · Superior oral and written communication skills · Experience with iterative development process on multi-platform projects · Experience with change management · Assist in verifying trouble tickets · Technical writing and release notes * * *Experience* · 7+ years IT experience · 4+ of pure BSA experience · Prior Business Systems Analysis experience in a business or technology environment · Prior Business Systems Analysis experience within the Banking/lending/financial industry · Experience working efficiently within a project team · Experience working with developing management level communications * * *Minimum Qualifications* Knowledge and Abilities: · Working knowledge of iterative/agile methodology and structured design · Working knowledge in .Net, C#, Java, SQL 2000/2005/2008, and XML technologies · Experience with UML modeling and principles · Experience with various software development lifecycle principles · Understanding of Basic project management lifecycle principles · Enterprise Architect (EA) experience preferred *Education* · Position requires BS or BA in Management or Information Systems, or equivalent training and work experience. ****SEND YOUR RESUMES TO ra...@tammina.com* I look forward to your reply!
