Brief Position Description: Under independent direction, the Production Support Analyst II develops moderate to highly complex code in support of *USIS Desktop applications , including Vantage, Synergy, AXIS Portal, IRIS, Touchpoint, and any other supporting applications*. The incumbent participates in 24 hours/365 days a year on-call rotation schedule to ensure seamless operation of applications.
