The hiring manager will hire candidates with a good mix of Java and FLEX development. Please make sure that candidates meet or exceed the bullet points below. Here is what the hiring manager needs: *Her team is front to back end developers (very strong Back end to front end development experience) Their front end is Adobe Flex (2-3 + years recent)* Back end is J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, EJB3 (5+ years recent) The hiring manager wants the best of the best developer that has experience with the above bullets. These openings are located in Minneapolis, MN. This will be a 12-18 month contract. Flex is important but they need to be heavier on the Spring/J2EE/Hibernate/EJB3 side.
