Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years experience leading Quality Assurance Teams with strong communication skills, both oral and written. o Strong communication skills, both oral and written in individual, group and/or executive situations. o Candidate can clearly articulate all phases, types of testing that may be conducted within a standard development lifecycle. • 3+ years experience of Mainframe Development and/or Testing experience, with the following focus: JCL, DB2, FILEAID, VSAM, TSO; executing / testing batch processes on Mainframe. • 4+ years of experience constructing/executing SQL queries with strong understanding of Oracle, DB2, SQL Server databases, with thorough understanding of database stored procedures, views, joins, and functions. • 4+ years experience with testing web-based applications developed in Java or .NET framework. • 3+ years experience running/testing batch commands and/or shell scripts on UNIX and Windows servers and reviewing output, logs, etc. • 2+ years experience testing applications in the Financial Industry; Customer / Account / Transaction monitoring or processing applications. • Experience with deployment and validation of build packages to test environments. • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical training/experience. Preferred Qualifications: • HP Quick Test Pro test case automation experience (beyond simple record and playback methodology). • Prior knowledge of Wells Fargo Corporate Records Management systems and interdependencies. • Experience with web services testing and understanding of standard data format (XML), communication (SOAP) and programmatic interface (WSDL). • Familiarity with Pairwise or similar testing methodologies to conduct exhaustive yet efficient coverage of systems functionality within the testing cycle. • Prior knowledge of Wells Fargo Enterprise Release Testing Standards and Processes.
