A successful candidate would work as a junior tester for the Access Control
Engineering team that will be newly formed in Raleigh Durham CoE.  Essentially
the role requires the candidate to be part of centralized testing team in
Raleigh and provide high quality testing services to the Security
Engineering team



*By end 2010 the candidate will need to :*

   - Ensure the software that is developed meets the criteria set out in the
   functional requirements against the overall needs of the product /
   application.
   - Executing test scripts – manual and automated.
   - Perform the first level of failure analysis.
   - Work closely with the team and the testing lead to ensure bugs, risks
   and issues are logged correctly.
   - Create effective test plans and test cases
   - Perform manual functional testing of the Security Engineering toolset
   - Write scripts for testing automation in QTP
   - Run performance testing using tools like Load Runner



Provide release day support

Provide feedback to product management and RDO teams for the improvement of
the products



·   A minimum  4 years of IT Experience in testing enterprise applications

·   Good background in software testing and be able to bring a good
understanding of testing processes and principle to the role.

·   HP Quality Center experience and reporting from/in all modules is
required.

·   Good experience in QTP Automation is required

·   Experience with performance testing tools like HP Performance center and
Load Runner

·   Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·   Ability to work in a pressurized environment.

·   Flexible and self motivated.

requirements into technical design of components,  Design and develop

•Successfully implement new or enhanced applications for Security
