Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 4-5 years Technical/Functional Skills : SQL Procedure, ETL tools, Data modeling, Data mining, Data warehouse techniques, scripting languages or tools like PERL, Shell, AWK, Exposure to Basic Telecom Wireless Domain Experience Required 4-5 years Roles & Responsibilities : Candidate should have experience in providing data analytic type of solutions or led any of the data warehouse type of projects. He/She should be responsible for · Able to Lead Technical discussion on business rules applied or used for the current production cycle and clarify the questions (File missing, Incorrect format, spike in data and other data issues) raised by Ops team during their BizQC meetings or data processing stages · Able to create and debug any SQL procedures or PERL/Shell scripts used as part of production cycle run · Able to start or restart database or application services, if required · Able to monitor the common queue in CCM.Net tool and route it to the respective product team · Hosting calls to facilitate and lead the meeting for any incidents, defect triage, RCA. · Aptitude to learn new technologies based on the roadmap or changes implemented · Troubleshooting for any monitoring alert scripts by coordinating with Command center or monitoring tools team · Willing to work on Production Support type of projects and good team player by coordinating closely with App Dev, Operations and external Vendors Generic Managerial Skills : Telecom Data Analyst Education : Graduate - Mayank Sharma IDC Technologies Inc.
