Assist the team with monitoring day-to-day activities of the Business and/or IMS Support and training. Review outstanding issues and advises the team of issues as they develop. Investigate and troubleshoot on-line business and IMS Level 1, 2, and 3 system problems. Respond to user’s complaints and offer solutions. Initiate problem-solving methods where necessary. Collect, input, and review records related to IMS using distributed processing platforms and personal computers; compiles reports based upon various computerized data. Assist with monitoring day-to-day activities of the Business and/or IMS Support and training. Generate basic reports using word processing and database software; runs routine and specialized reports; monitors reports and gives advice accordingly. Operate a computer to enter, retrieve, review data; utilizes word processing, database, and software programs. Assist with the daily upkeep of designated special program rooms and facilities; keep working areas organized and neat. Answer the telephone; provide information and assistance; take/relay messages to appropriate personnel. Monitor and patrol designated areas as required. Operate a variety of machinery, equipment, and tools associated with department activities, which may include a laminator, copy machine, or poster maker. Requirements: Experience working as a Help Desk Support. User facing experience (providing information and assistance on the phone and in person). Experience assisting with training. Experience operating a variety of machinery, equipment, and tools associated with department activities, which may include a laminator, copy machine, or poster maker Experience generating basic reports.
