As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software Our AO resources can expect to: • Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. • Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas *Job Description:*** • Corporate telecommunications analyst in support of telecom circuit provisioning, implementation and operational maintenance and focal point for outage escalation • Voice toll fraud analysis and reporting • Audio conferencing support to include new conference assignments and monthly user reconciliation • Video conferencing support by maintaining relationships with third party video conferencing providers • Contribute to a team of engineers designing, implementing, & optimizing WAN/MAN/LAN networks using routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and WAN accelerators *Qualifications** * *Basic Qualifications:* • 2 years of experience working with telecom circuit carriers like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint • 1 year of voice/telephone usage • 3 years of Cisco configuration experience (CCNA, CCNP certification preferred) *Preferred Skills* • Practical understanding of communication protocols .i.e. flow control, queuing theory, routing & switching protocols • Knowledge of network management software products & IT security • Knowledge of DNS and DHCP • Experience designing Network Management Systems • QOS • Visio diagram and Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation experience -- Thanks & Regards Kevin Maripax Solutions | ke...@maripax.com www.Maripax.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
