Position:Network Administrator Location:Austin,TX Duration:6+Months Description: All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the HHSC. HHSC may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. HHSC will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). Skills: 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Installs, configures, and supports an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system. Monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Requires familiarity with MS Exchange 2007 and 2010. Experience working with Public Folders, MS Sharepoint, Active Directory, Network Forests and exchange domains. Experience with Office365 hosted email environments helpful.
