If you are looking for a high growth company where you can use your current skillset and continue to grow, please apply. *Role and Responsibilities* · High priority Incident diagnosis · Repair, Recovery Monitoring and confirmation of Service Restorations · Problem Management Root Cause Analysis and identification of options for permanent fixes · Problem identification through Incident management or pro-active service analysis · Seek to enhance and update their technical capability in line with current technology trends.
