The *Business* *Analyst* is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques
used to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the
organization, and to recommend automated solutions that enable the
organization to achieve its goals. The role has expertise and a generalized
understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities; analyzes
*business* operations to determine opportunities for automated processes
and functions; translates*business* requirements into functional
specifications and manages changes to such specifications; also may be
called on to assist in documenting *business* processes, advanced planning
documentation, and proposal evaluations and *business* related policies and
procedures as they relate to systems automation functions.

The candidate will work with the project managers and *business* technology
specialists in developing the appropriate solution to meet the
*business* partners'
needs.





Job Requirements:

Requirement:

· Assisting with the *business* case.

· Planning and monitoring.

· Eliciting requirements.

· Requirements organization.

· Translating and simplifying requirements.

· Requirements management and communication.

Minimum Qualification:

. Some years of *business* and system analysis, management, and project
planning experience or knowledge

. Ability to communicate *business* users' needs to technical staff

. MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio










Salary: $60000
