Please focus on candidates that have an instructional design certification. Certified in instructional design The position will be responsible to develop tool training material. The tool in development is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM contact management program using the Services module. We are looking to develop materials that will be handed over to other trainers in local Amway Markets. The training is focused on use of the tool (not business process specifics, but business process flow at a higher level). Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred · The position will be responsible to develop tool training material. The tool in development is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM contact management program using the Services module. We are looking to develop materials that will be handed over to other trainers in local Amway Markets.
