Title: Needed Sr Systems Analyst in Reading, Pennsylvania posted on 2014-07-31 15:15:35 Job Description: *Hi Associates ,* Manage projects to achieve deliverables focused on strategic objectives. -Manage projects in accordance with, and in alignment with, accepted best practice and process. -Provide required input to the program manager in terms of scope, time, and cost. -Gather requirements and lead the development effort throughout the full SDLC including Project management. -Analyze software solutions based on customer requirements and suggest the best solution. -Facilitate systems integration and leads design and issue resolution. -Act as the overall architect to ensure the various cross-functional elements of the solution work together. -Translate business requirements into a functional specification. -Facilitate project activities across multiple departments. -Manage vendors, business partners, contractors and internal development resources. -Other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent IS experience. -7-10 years of solutions design experience. -3-5 years of project management experience, including the management of multiple large scale projects simultaneously. -Green Belt, Black Belt or understanding of Lean Six Sigma Design Methodology preferred -Excellent written and oral interpersonal communications skills. -Understand technologies, business process analysis, and how to apply the technologies to support the business process requirements. -Strong analytical, business process design and industry knowledge. -Customer service focus. -Consultative skills. -Experience developing web-based applications in JAVA, SQL and HTML. -Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required -The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
