The QA Analyst is responsible for contributing to the development of a robust testing methodology and executing continuous testing processes to ensure efficient, reliable and top-quality ITS services and solutions in support of business objectives. The Analyst collaborates with colleagues in Application Services Management and other ITS stakeholders to support the delivery of all aspects of quality assurance management. The Analyst is expected to demonstrate high depth of technical expertise in quality assurance practices, standards and procedure.
