What is the Project and Why is the Role Open? Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the analysis/design, development & delivery of Information Technology solutions that support the payroll & finance business teams. Provides support for key, time-sensitive payroll processes & related interfaces to other financial applications. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer technology with a minimum of five years related experience required. • Technical knowledge & skills relative to business requirements & state-of-the-art IT. • Ability to work in a team environment; work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, and business/IT management. • Strong written & oral communications skills a must. Includes progress reports, leading/participating in group sessions. Ability to communicate complex subjects. • Flexibility required in support of Division-wide Payroll processing schedules (including holidays), & key times within the fiscal calendar. • Adapts quickly in a dynamic business environment.
