Location: COLUMBUS, OH Duration: 6 months Rate: open but all inc Skills: The CRM PeopleSoft developer supports client’s PeopleSoft applications by solving break/fix issues, providing batch support and implementing enhancements. Responsibilities include: 1. Utilize knowledge of core PeopleSoft CRM system functionality for specific module(s) and core PeopleSoft technical tools (e.g., SQR/SQL, Unix, running traces, Datamover, etc.) to resolve tickets and implement Service Requests. 2. Understand and apply the Managed Services (MS) development and testing methodology (e.g., understand and review requirements of ticket or service request, code, code review, unit test prep, unit test review, and team lead review). 3. Understand and apply the MS migration procedures when developing code changes and functionality. 4. Complete work unit modifications according to MS standards and to detail design specifications. 5. Develop and demonstrate functional and technical understanding of client’s business processing in areas of assignment. 6. Understand how own work units/modules integrate with other work units and with the system as a whole. 7. Design, code/configure, test, debug and document PeopleSoft software modifications to resolve issues and meet new or existing business requirements. 8. Analyze and resolve application issues. Research customer questions, verify reported problems, and work with users to resolve issues. Translate Service Requests, tickets, and business requirements into PeopleSoft and interface configuration/software requirements. 9. Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix issues to resolve and close tickets. Provide appropriate communication related to these issues as outlined in service levels. 10. Provide application 24x7 On Call support, including ensuring successful completion of all nightly batch jobs, being the primary contact for off hours calls from the Level 1 Help Desk, and initiating the escalation process as needed. 11.
