*Position : Senior Corporate Recruiter* *Location : South-lake, TX* *Duration : 6+ months contract* *Rate : $45hr CTC* JOB DESCRIPTION: The Corporate Contract Recruiting Sourcing Specialist proactively identifies qualified talent for multiple functions, supporting multiple recruiters. * This role sources profiles and resumes and coordinates networking campaigns in order to find the right candidate for the position. * This person will also contact prospect candidates, create interest in the openings and, once screened, forward them to the recruiter assigned to the opening. * Responsibilities will also include developing creative sourcing strategies * This role requires energetic search skills and imaginative search strategies. Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter is highly valued as well as the ability to quickly and efficiently mine candidate databases. EXPERIENCE: Intermediate to Senior REQUIRED SKILLS: * Experience using LinkedIn in a recruitment or sales capacity as well as database name mining is required.
