Job Description:
· Technical Skills
o Strong SharePoint 2010 site administration skills
o Strong SharePoint 2010 site security management skills
o Strong skills in SharePoint Designer, web-parts, page modifications,
etc.
o Strong Knowledge of SharePoint Lists and customizing them
o Strong Knowledge of InfoPath Forms and workflow associations
o Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer Workflows
o Should be aware of how sandboxed solutions work
o Knowledge of any SharePoint Migration tools such as Metalogix,
Share-Gate or MetaVis would be good to have
o Knowledge of Nintex Workflows would be good to have
· Soft Skills
o Excellent communication skills as the person will be working directly
with business owners of the sites and also conducting training
o Should be able to convert business requirements into usable SharePoint
solutions
o Strong independent worker
o Job may or may not require short period of travel
