A more detailed description of the job requirements are as follows: We are looking for a strong Quality Engineering background combined with Test automation experience. Java programming skills are ideal. Successful candidates will need to build and maintain strong relationships with their teammates and business partners while delivering high quality software solutions. - Partner with development, UX, and product owners to produce world class Contacts applications and tools - Collaborative early testing for defect prevention - Develop automated functional tests using Selenium - Maintain regression tests for assigned feature areas - Identify, log and track defects - Drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives - Assist in associating defects with application behavior - Analyze defects reported from technical support and assist in replicating Top Skills (top 3-5 technical skills needed to be successful in role and how are they used): 1. Need to have significant UI Testing using automated testing (Selenium Webdriver) 2. Need at least 2+ years of experience working with Linux. 1. Need at least 2+ years of experience with web testing.
