Our client is looking for an ABAP Lead resource. The candidate must be
able to report the progress of the development and resolve the issues
within the team. Analytical skill and good use of Excel is a must.
Solution Manager experience is a plus. A professional, Flexible attitude
is required. The resource must be eager to work and motivated, but not
unduly aggressive or disruptive to the team. He/She must be capable and
willing to suggest improvements while not frustrated if improvements are
not (quickly) realized. This is a big organization with lots of
different factors at work... most things can't be changed quickly. The
need is for mature people who can be productive despite any perceived
'constraints'.
