*SAP APO Integration Manager Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 18+ months*
Our client in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is looking for an SAP APO Integration Manager consultant. Our client will hire off of a phone and moves quickly!! Top 3-5 Skills (Hiring Criteria Must Haves) Required for this Role: 1) Leadership 2) AGILE 3) APO 4) SUPPLY CHAIN 5) SUPPLY NETWORK PLANNING What is the Project and Why is the Role Open? This person will have direct, day-to-day leadership of the Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) track of the PSES program. They will be expected to satisfy all PM requirements for this track which is a subcomponent of the larger PSES program. The APO track is different from PSES in that it will use an iterative Agile methodology instead of traditional waterfall but will need to tie back to the ECC rollout which uses waterfall. Individuals proposed for this position will need experience with both. The APO team is approx. 10 people with a mix of our clients employees and contractors, the duration is now through November 2014. Core Requirements 1. Provide leadership on Agile methodology to the APO and program management teams. 2. Drive focus on near-term and end-state deliverables to achieve project objectives and benefits realization. 3. Lead team meetings, status reviews, issue/risk/action item discussions. Manage issues to closure. 4. Develop detailed project plan for implementation of SAP APO - Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP) 5. Align SAP APO project thread with larger parallel ECC implementation. 6. Extend existing project management tools from ECC rollout to APO track. 7. Review and address resource loading within the team. 8. Use quantitative data to measure and improve team performance. Priority for skill set. 1. Agile experience - This is something Tom, myself and the APO team do not have. 2. Leadership - Strong, driven individual who will push the team to meet deliverable dates. 3.
