Job Title: SAS Admin Location: Boston, MA Durations: 6+ Months Contract Description: The ideal candidate has 2 - 4 years SAS administration experience on the SAS application suite as well as experience as a support engineer. Provides support within predetermined and agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for our internal customers by trouble shooting application/environment issues with SAS and multiple other applications providing technical solutions to business user needs. Provide daily administration support on the application and platform for very large scale SAS environments Experience with risk rating engines and enterprise case management implementations a plus Provides monthly report metrics on performance of supported environments, applications, and usage. Provides support of applications software by providing software upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to monitor and improve performance, and also define the security and infrastructure footprint Takes personal ownership for problems-follows through to ensure that solutions meet needs.
