Position:Salesforce Developer/ Administrator
Location:San Diego, CA
Duration:6-12 months
Must have experience working with Marketing and Sales departments and
exceptional communication skills.

Required
1.    Salesforce Administration
2.    Salesforce Development
3.    SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visualforce, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter,
etc.)
4.    Developed custom objects and work-flow business rules
5.    Working closely with sales and marketing teams
6.    Exceptional Communication skills

·     Bachelor’s degree (preferred Computer Science)

Certification
About the technology: Salesforce.com is generally used to refer to the CRM
functionality (the sales, service and marketing applications) and Force.com
is generally used to refer to the underlying platform (the database, code,
and UI on which all the apps are built).

Screening questions:
1.    Are your strengths in administration, development, or architecture?
2.    What percentage of time was spent doing each in the last 3 projects?
3.    How much APEX, and Visualforce experience?
4.    Have you ever done an implementation? What was your role?
5.    What is your experience in working with sales and marketing teams?
6.    Working with third-party tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data
Loader, etc)

Roles and Responsibilities:
·     Proven ability to independently perform development, testing,
implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the
SalesForce.com <http://SalesForce.com <http://salesforce.com/>> software
and system administration
·     Manage, maintain and provide administrative support for
Salesforce.com <http://Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>>
applications for customer service/support, sales and marketing operations.
·     Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects,
workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns
·     Develop and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com <
http://Force.com <http://force.com/>> pages and integration to other third
party solutions
·     Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules,
etc.
·     Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business
issues involving CRM, Customer Service/Support operations
·     Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and
resolve problems at all levels of the organization
·           Solid business analysis skills.
