*Job Description:*
The team develops portal, reporting, and exception management applications
for the Firm, particularly the client service and trade support groups in
Operations. Applications are used across XXXXX by over 6,000 users; they
provide real-time transactional information and reporting to internal users
as well as external clients as part of their daily activities.
*Responsibilities :*
* *
Require design, development, testing, and maintenance of new and existing
Java applications as well as interface with the projects teams and
managers/users of stakeholder groups.
Experienced Java developer (8 - 10 years in the field) with strong core
concepts and good n-tier web application development knowledge;
Experience with Flex and/or JXB;
*Primary - Flex, Java/J2EE, Design Patterns. (Concepts and fundamentals in
Core Java and Flex should be very good)*
Secondary - Sybase, Unix, Spring, Hibernate (Not important but experience in
these areas is a huge plus)
Experience with XML, SOAP, TIAF a plus.
Good understanding and work experience on relational databases required.
*Working knowledge of Unix/Linux is a must*
*Total Experience: 8 – 10 yrs *
