*Senior Architects – Microsoft Exchange*
*Location: *Schaumburg IL OR Los Angeles CA
Duration: 3-6 + Months

*Description of Services:*
The client is in need of Sr. Architects to support the analysis and sizing
requirements of a Global Exchange environment. In recent weeks there have
been several significant outages and even though Microsoft was included in
the initial design of the current environment they are coming back and
saying the current issues are due to the current system being undersized.
Our Client, who is a Global outsourcer, must provide a validated response
to their Global Customer, who is experiencing the outage. They also must
validate what the underlying issues are within the environment as they are
not willing to accept Microsoft’s diagnosis without independently
validating what Microsoft has identified as the primary issue.
The analysis effort will be accomplished independently of Microsoft
involvement.
*Requirements:*
Sr. Architects will be required for a period of at least 3 months, with the
possibility of extension for an additional two months, to be on-site in
Schaumburg IL OR Los Angeles CA. Architect must have sufficient skills do a
thorough analysis of the Exchange environment to not only determine the
adequacy of the current capacity needs and existing capability; but also
support the development of the “Get Well Plan” to allow for the proper
level of service to be available to the end user customer.
