Task: Manage the development of common processes for a shared services
center; managing tasks, project tracks, working with stakeholders and team
members to deliver on process improvements.

*Required Skills: *
They need to be experienced and or certified in SDLC, PMI, and PMP. They
must be able to answer methodology questions. It’s a fast paced environment,
many short term (2 weeks to a couple of months) projects that are
simultaneous. Weak matrix environment, and understand what it entails. If
they have Big 4 experience that is a major plus. Proficient at
Office/Document tools, Vizio, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project.Excellent
communication with strong analytical, data analyst,communication,
collaborative, negotiation, writing, management reporting, presentation, and
problem solving skills.Have demonstrated delivering high quality solutions,
management/status reporting, project charters, project risk issues,
strategic initiative, project planning, project scope, automation projects,
conversion projects, time management, resource management, new
implementation project, change control, project delivery, QA. Analyze
problems and make decisions. PMI/PMP Certification is a good to have. Manage
all levels of PM methodologies and cross functional projects. Managed
critical project issues and risks. Understand/Lead process re-engineering,
SDLC, EDI, project communications, infrastructure , implementation plans,
application development plans, and automation plans.
They must be able to speak to conflict resolution examples, managed
resources, about 5+.They must be able to speak to identifying risk and the
difference between a assessing risk and issues/problems.They must have
experience in having created and managed multiple projects from beginning to
end.
