-Design AEM/CQ5 Security Models - 1+ years
-Design AEM/CQ5 Workflows - 2+ years
-Design AEM CQ5 Templates - 2+ years
-Develop Adobe Experience Manager or CQ5 templates and workflows - 2+ years
-JPS/.ASPX - 2+ years
-AEM Components/widgets - 2+ years
-Java/J2EE - 5+ years
-XSLT and XML - 3+ years
-HTML, CSS, - 4+ years
-JavaScript - 4+ years
-AJAX - 4+ years
-RESTful and SOAP-based web services - 3+ years
-Experience with any of the following is a plus: Verity Search, FAST ESP,

-Implemented Adobe AEM CQ5 in a large corporate environment.- 2+ years

-Estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment -

-Web and application servers, such as Apache and Tomcat - 2+ yeears
-Exposure to open-source technologies - PLUS
-Experience building, deploying and supporting Internet-facing
