*Position = Lead IBM WebSphere Commerce AdminLocation = Peoria, ILDuration
= 12+months contract*

*Summary:*
Provide technical and/or team leadership in the installation,
configuration, and support of software and tools within the technical
infrastructure of the organization and assume responsibility for the team
monitoring the network to ensure availability to all system users and
perform necessary maintenance and issue resolution.

*Job Responsibilities:*
Acts as a team leader for development and support groups.
Provides project management and systems leadership, guidance, and
assistance to other team members.
Over 5 years of experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce System
Administration.
Linux administration experience.
The Lead will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable systems
and solutions that address business/technical requirements supporting IBM
WebSphere Commerce.
A successful candidate will need to possess a general awareness of how the
IBM WebSphere Commerce product components interact and the capabilities of
those components, as well as the configurations and architecture of
production and staging systems.
He or she will develop Commerce infrastructure strategies for scalability
on demand and stability with a goal of near zero downtime.

*Responsibilities include:*
Work with IT and business teams to identify technology solutions to achieve
business results.
Installation and configuration of IBM WebSphere Commerce on Linux.
Maintain environments by applying necessary fixpacks/feature packs.
Configure IBM WebSphere build & deployment tool for Commerce applications
or WCBD.
Proactively monitor and maintain the commerce sites and related systems,
including monitoring, capacity planning, operational services, integration
of enhancements, and other administrative efforts that pertain to the
environment.
