Expert in MDX programming. § Must have extensive experience as SQL Server DBA - Resolve performance problems, high CPU, memory, blocking, deadlocking, job timeouts, DTS /SSIS import issues. Implement database maintenance plans, integrity validations, statistics creation/updating, indexes, indexed views, defragmentation, monitoring logs and performance. Create and optimize stored procedures, views, linked server connections, triggers, functions, table partitioning. § Create database standards, best practices, and streamline processes and procedures. Safeguard production systems by implementing correct security policies, users, roles, groups, and permissions. Responsible for managing Security updates/hot fixes and service pack upgrades to SQL. Responsible for all SQL backups and restores using Red Gate SQL Backup utility. § 10+ years strong Development background with 3 tier architecture § Must be proficient in MS Office with Excel Macros § Define, Implement and deliver training on in house tools and reports Analytical skills including forecasting and metric results analysis. Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
