Job Duties IBM Websphere Portal Developer: . Experience on Websphere portlet factory/web experience factory is desired . Must have experience on developing portal solutions on websphere portal environment . Solid background on J2EE including design pattern is desired . Exposure to Portal 8.0 features . Good understanding of cluster architecture in websphere portal environment is desired . Understand Rapid Software Development methodology, connection pooling, JDBC . Good understanding of key database concepts as applicable to application. . Understand software development methodologies and lifecycles. . Sound experience in portal server installations and configurations. . Must understand Themes 2.0, Ajax, DOJO, Javascript . Must have experience on PUMA, LDAP integration, profile DB migration, TAI integration . Good communication and analytical skills .
