This role has a deep understanding of master data processes & tools, data modeling & data integration. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Has overall ownership for architecture and technical management of a multi-subject area enterprise MDM solution set based on the Teradata MDM platform. • Owns and shapes solution designs required to support global MDM and data governance. • Leads and manages execution of development deliverables, production support queue activities and minor enhancements. • Partners with various IT teams to syndicate master data from the MDM solution across the application landscape with consistency, integrity and reliability. • Installs, configures and blue prints the Customer Data Solution on various MDM tools * SKILLSETS:* • Strong business and/or technical background in the areas of *Master Data Management, Meta data management, Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Security*. • Expert and *hands-on knowledge of one or more MDM products such as TD MDM, SAP MDM, Oracle MDM, IBM MDM etc.* • Knowledge and experience in building enterprise wide Master Data solutions for a large corp • Knowledge and understanding of *“Logical / functional Data Sources” and/or domain knowledge in Master Data subject areas such as products, customers, vendors, locations* etc. • Strong *SQL skills and experience working with relational databases* • Command over *Data Modeling, including evolution from Conceptual to Logical to Physical models* • Experience *in ETL and EAI tools and associated technologies* and how these technologies can be used to drive business value in an enterprise wide IT landscape.
