Position: Performance Analyst
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: 6+ Months*

*Description:
*Analysts in this role will be expected to provide technical
expertise/consulting and become a trusted advisor in the following areas:

*Planning and Requirements Analysis providing:*
> Capacity/Performance/Availability requirements
> Desired response time objectives
> Availability tiers
> Inputs and guidance for designing for performance
> Modeling for initial system cost and requirements validation

*Systems Design Phase providing:*
 > Technical consulting on design
reviews
 > Assist with BVM review, compilation, and
validation

*Development Phase providing:*
> Capacity/performance guidance to development teams
> Collaboratively work with development teams on performance tools, usage,
and techniques

*Validation Phase providing:*
> Performance testing requirements for testing strategies and plans
> Collaboratively work with Test Delivery teams for performance testing
strategies, tools, and techniques
> Perform bottleneck analysis
> Identify key performance indicators to track during testing

*Implementation/Transition Phase providing:*
> Technical consultation on implementation, initial performance results,
and targeted areas for improvement
> Triage for production capacity/performance issues or problems
