Position: *.Net Architect* Location: City of Spartanburg, SC Duration: Long Term *Required Exp: 12 Years* *Rate $68/hr on C2C* Summary/Objective The Application Systems Architect is the lead technical role for the Application Systems team and is responsible for ensuring project architecture, design and product selection are defined and implemented based on project and department objectives. This position will be responsible for guiding the team in developing the overall architecture and making all technical decision recommendations to management for final approval. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Lead the development of the product architecture for initiatives and projects. · Lead the analysis and decision making process for tool and product selection. · Represent the team for all technical decisions to management for final approval. · Overall technical lead for projects. · Participate in project plan development, ensuring on time task deliveries and team staffing needs. · Develop and ensure adherence to the architectural roadmap for the Application Systems teams. · Perform scope, design and code reviews to ensure quality. · Perform architecture analysis of new and existing systems. · Produce systems integration and service oriented architecture models. · Collaborate closely with other Information Technology architects. · Ensure solutions comply with ACA IT policies. Qualifications · Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Information Management or related discipline. · Minimum of 4 years architecture experience and 12 years overall IT experience. · Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle with Agile processes. · Previous role as developer or systems analyst utilizing the MS technology stack. · Experience with Cloud based application development. · Ability to think strategically and offer pragmatic solutions. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to conceive solutions from elaboration of requirements. · Ability to mentor others. · Experience in Financial Systems is highly desirable.
