You will be part of a small but busy team dealing with all aspects of DDI in the US and North America working alongside other regions in Client. Duties will include: • Assisting with the maintenance of DDI infrastructure Build - including Patching, 3rd party updates and adhering to Client standards. • Ever-greening of DDI infrastructure - hardware / software. • Monitoring and housekeeping systems, including resolution of issues/observations. • Raising and implementing (if necessary) Change Orders related to DDI Infrastructure. • Monitoring and processing emails from the team mailbox, providing support, advice and consultancy as required. • Assisting with and owning the delivery of project related works involving multiple teams and technologies with limited supervision. • Ensuring regular communications are maintained in terms of project delivery, risks & issues, targets and resources. Special requirements: Knowledge & experience • DDI knowledge and experience required - QIP & Infoblox. • Linux, UNIX scripting skills an advantage. • Knowledge of network technologies desirable.
