SAP CRM Analyst / Techno functional Company is a technology leader in Electronic Design Automation, providing software and hardware design solutions that help engineers around the world innovate. *Job Description:* To capture sales business objectives and strategic direction around Company Sales Force Automation SAP CRM solutions, and identify IT initiatives that allow the business to meet their objectives. Work directly with business customers, key vendors, and implementation teams to document and drive those IT initiatives into working systems. Major Responsibilities: - Proactive communication with the Sales organization to help identify problems and propose solutions. - Is recognized as an application area expert and able to articulate solutions that are clearly understood by the sales organization. - Create process flows, use cases, requirements, and/or functional spec documents to be leveraged by implementation teams. - Identify key metrics that define successful solutions, and verify the metrics are being met. - Is responsible for negotiating requirement trade-offs that keep project schedule on track while still meeting business objectives. - Help determine highest priority requirements for implementation team and manage change to those priorities/requirements. - Help Company get the best return from their IT investments, working with clients to create business cases that include ROI information. - Take on project management role for small projects and work directly with Project Manager for large initiatives. - Help provide 2nd level support to products, monitoring and validating change requests as they come in. *Requirements:* - Minimum 5 years experience in an analyst/consulting role. - Minimum 3 years direct technical experience with SAP - Direct experience with SFA systems. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated skill to drive solutions across multiple function groups.
