*Job Description*

A senior, seasoned, experienced application development lead focused on
delivering projects related to banking compliance, regulatory and risk
initiatives, using the application's existing design, technology, tools,
methodologies.



*10 plus years* of  experience in leading application development and
implementation for financial industry; previous experience in supporting WF
projects is preferred; experience in leading projects with onshore and
offshore model; have successfully led projects via agile methodology.
Proven ability to lead and deliver an aggressive development effort, with
hands-on capability.  Experience with SDCL, from technical requirements
analysis/definition/documentation, application design both front and back
end, build new system interfaces (internal/external), data
migration/conversion, UI development, new framework and workflow creation,
coding, testing, release deployments, production support.  Ability to solve
complex problems providing options/solution recommendation.  Acts as expert
technical resource to programming staff in the program development,
testing, and implementation process.  Strong communication, presentation
and collaboration skills.  Ability to work effectively with various
partners, managers, team and project members.





We need this position to be a *LEAD DEVELOPER* with the ability to lead and
develop with the below skill sets and lead other developers.  We prefer
this position in Minneapolis.
