Maintain Operational Runtime of the Lilly's RMS servers, including off hours unplanned outages ? Patch and Version upgrades with related Testing of the RMS. ? Updating of RMS quality, security and operational documentation as needed ? Work closely with the developers to manage the SDK version being used RMS Operational Support ? Uploading and maintaining AMX device firmware on Transport Servers ? Creating and Maintaining Locations, the related alerts and monitoring to appropriate support teams ? Work to integrating alerts into Lilly's Service Now incident management system ? Submitting and tracking RMS and device support tickets with AMX ? Notifications to appropriate support teams of assets with extended outages ? Notifications of RMS planned outages to appropriate support teams ? Adding and maintaining Asset Management Database with deployment information ? Migration to O365 ? Lead the Setup and testing of the non-prod environments ? Work with the migration team to execute the migration in moving location mappings ? Work with local support teams to ensure that the room booking and calendar displays operate as expected.
