*Role Title: Automation Architect (Airlines Domain Experience)* *Location : Dallas, Texas* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description* • Should be having minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in Test Automation & hands on with different automation tools - Selenium, UFT, Web Services, Soap UI, API testing. • Should have handled data driven, key word driven automations. • Should be strong hands on Core Java. • Should have very strong analytical skills and should be able to see the test automation architecture as a whole system and not as individual components and should be able to drive to benefit from its contents for future usage. • Contribute to the design & architecture of automation projects. • Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices. • Assist in on-going process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting is effective and efficient. • Assess the problem statement and arrive at the innovative solutions. • Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools and templates • Work with teams on the automation Strategy and the Tool Kit Selection • Do Code reviews, verify coding standards are being met. • Work with peer discipline leads in Development, QA, and Project Management • Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers. • Experience ReSTful/SOAP Webservices & Groovy • Experience in BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber • Experience in CI Tools like Jenkins • Experience in Database testing • Experience in Built tools like Gradle or Maven, etc • Excellent in Oral, written communication & Documentation Skills • Experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams. • Customer Facing Experience is a must. *Added Advantages* • Airlines / e-commerce Automation testing experience is a plus • Experience in transitioning automation activities from other teams / vendor will definitely be a big plus.
