Kindly share your updated resume at saurabh.jan...@themesoft.com *Title: Data Analyst with MDM* *Location: Santa Ramon, CA* *Duration: Long Term* *Position Summary* Responsible for analysis and profiling of data specifically related to Master Data Management. In addition, they will work closely with the IT and business Data Stewards to identify and define approaches for data quality and maintenance of Master Data. *Position Accountabilities* - Work with the IT Data Stewards to document, implement and maintain the metadata and business rules for the bank’s Master data - Work with IT Data Stewards, map data from multiple source systems to the target Master Data Management solution architecture - Document results of data profiling against multiple sources - Monitor the quality of data and mapping from multiple source systems - Develop metrics and reporting requirements for ongoing monitoring of the bank’s data. - Document, prioritize and update data quality related issues; work closely with business and technology representatives to have them resolved. - Assist the technology teams in the identification of data not found within the bank’s primary systems. - Provide status to the data management lead as well as manage and escalate issues. - Perform other duties as assigned. *Qualifications * Required Education or Equivalent Experience - 5-7 years of experience in a data analysis role - 2 or more years of experience in data profiling *Required Experience* - Strong knowledge of business data within a banking organization. - Prior experience in the financial industry is highly desirable, specifically as it relates to regulatory reporting *Field of Experience* - Knowledge of key database concepts, data models, relationships between different types of data, etc. - Solid understanding of theories, principles, processes, practices, and tools, including data quality, data modeling. - Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques. *Administrative/Technical Skills* - Experience with metadata/master data management applications (ex: Informatica MDM) - Strong SQL skills (Oracle platform) and comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources - Action oriented change agent mentality with a strong drive for results. - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work with people across multiple work-streams. - Must be able to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problem quickly. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is desired. *Thanks & Regards* *Saurabh Jangid* *INC 500 Fastest* *Growing Company* ..............................................................
