*Overall Responsibilities:*
This is a band 4 Business Analyst/ Reference Data SME within the RDG
department in the Business Analyst job family. The person will be part of
the newly created Knowledge Management group that address the Data Knowledge
and quality related to acquisition of Reference Data and its distribution to
downstream systems. The Process involved in the acquisitions and cleansing
of data is critical for the success of a data organization. The data quality
process and the establishment of procedures/checks and controls required in
the deployment of data improvements is absolutely necessary.
*Functional Responsibilities:*
ยท Single point of contact for the user community for any Reference
Data related issues
- Vendor selection
- Acquisition strategy
- Data Quality strategy
- Daily quality measurement
The persons will be responsible to define the data acquisition/distribution
strategy for Reference Data. They will also be the single point of knowledge
of vendor and internal data. They will require in depth knowledge of
vendors, industry trends related to Product and Customer Reference Data.
They will be able to set the direction and interface with data vendors.
Relationship Management - Develop & Maintain client relationships with RDG
Senior Clients and colleagues in IT. Understand and address critical data
issues leading to strategic solutions.

- Very Strong knowledge of Bloomber/Reuters/Telekurs data.
- Data Analysis.
- People person.
- Several years experience of in Financial industry
- Work in a process oriented organization and lead a group people
geographically dispersed.
