*Hadoop Data Analyst* *Location: Bloomington IL* *Duration: 6+ months* *Specific responsibilities and skills are noted below. Hadoop Development Skills · * *Responsibilities *· Partner with client designers to develop the solution design of the POC · Partner with client developers to build the POC (data movement, data access) · Share knowledge/train IT resources on how to utilize Hadoop technologies · General Development lead expectations (review code, quality assurance) · Skills · Hadoop/HDFS developer (Cloudera or Hortonworks) · Pig and Hive scripting development skill · Development experience with one or more big data ingestion tools (e.g. Sqoop, Flume) · Development experience with enterprise data integration tools (e.g. Informatica) · Search Capability developer like (Solr, ?) · Experience with developing data access, including queries, setting up tables to be leveraged in integrating data sets and joining data.
