Position Description:

We have an opening for a consultant in an administrative role over our
firm’s Informatica Powercenter and SAP Business Objects Enterprise
infrastructure.



Objective:

·          Collaborating with developers to identify and resolve potential
production issues arising from a large scale infrastructure migration.

o         Experience/knowledge about troubleshooting/tracing/logging
in Informatica,
BO XI and Crystal.

o         Performance monitoring and tuning

o         Subject matter expert assisting in platform migrations

Required Skills:

·          Expert knowledge of Informatica Powercenter 8.x with regard to
architecture, administration, management, monitoring, metrics and
installation procedures.

·          Working knowledge of Business Objects Enterprise XI and Crystal
Reports XI/2008 with regard to windows architecture, administration,
management, monitoring, metrics and installation procedures.

·          A solid understanding of how to install and support client SDKs
and various client/server SSO configurations.

o         Working knowledge of enterprise scheduling software, SysAdmiral is
preferred.

o         Proficiency with application-level integration techniques with
Java and/or .NET is a plus.

·          Proficient SQL skill sets and general coding abilities to query
CMS, authenticate users, perform bulk imports/deletions (groups, users,
schedules, reports, folder/rights, etc.) and track metrics.



 Required Experience



·          4 years experience managing Informatica infrastructure (current of
8.5.x).

·          2 years experience managing Business Objects XI infrastructure (Xi
R2, Xi R3).

·          5+ years overall information technology experience, preferably in
a financial services institution.

·          Experience coordinating projects through the complete project
life cycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure)

·          Experience working in a team environment and coordinating
projects with resources across the organization.

·          Recent hands-on experience supporting business critical
applications

·          Knowledgeable of current technology architecture and systems.
