•             Technical
o             A thorough knowledge of operating systems, hardware and commonly 
used software
o             Installing hardware and software systems
o             Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
o             excellent problem-solving skills
o             Setting up computer security measures
o             Configuring computer networks
o             Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network 
technologies
o             Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email
•             General
o             good communication and customer service skills.
o             a patient and organized approach.
o             the ability to meet deadlines.
