Oversees activities from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Performs in accordance with established project standards and processes. Establishes project standards and processes. Breaks down software requirements and creates highly complex systems. Leads mid and senior level engineers on complex tasks. Understands client needs and routinely interacts with internal and external customers. Acts as a mentor to junior software engineers. Job Profile: Master - Software Engineering Job Description: The Software Development Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on using state of the art technologies. The Software Development Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship to accomplish project goals. Requires 8+ years of experience. Experience in modernizing legacy enterprise applications towards Service-Oriented Architecture using state of the art technologies Experience in providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship Experience in Enterprise Java Software Development and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Experience in Web application development using Java MVC frameworks (e.g. JEE/JSF/Struts/Sprin?g)?
