Required Skills / Experience: • Minimum of 6+ years PM experience, which should include 5+ years Senior Testing Management experience. • Strong Health Care Claims, Remittance & Enrollment and Billing experience required. • Strong Test Management Experience at a program level including managing multiple project test streams at the same time. • Extensive Health Care Payer Testing experience including strong Blue Cross Blue Shield Testing experience. • Strong background working with strategic and global sourcing models for testing and working with blended and matrixed teams. • Strong Familiarity with HP Quality Center and QTP Tools. • Familiarity with Project Management Tools, Budgets and Testing Lifecycle deliverables. • Global Sourcing experience managing matrixed teams. • Ability to work in time sensitive environments. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Also responsible for configuring and deploying applications, assisting the developers, debugging problems, and developing Hawk rulebases. Some of these activities must be performed outside normal business hours and on weekends to minimize the impact to our customers. There are 24/7 on- call responsibilities.
