*Skill Set *
A. Act as a primary resource in the Unified Client Profile project with a
focus on data cleanup and data governance.
B. Partner with business and functional resources to
a. Get a better understanding of current data issues and pain points
b. Develop a plan that alleviates pain points and improved the ability for
the business to record and utilize data within Salesforce.com
c. Ensure that IT Partners are building the solution in accordance with
business needs.
C. Bridge the gap between the business and our BI group to ensure that data
is gathered, entered and saved in a manner consistent with business and BI
needs.
D. Driving the development of solutions which will aid in the data capture,
data cleansing, data monitoring, and reporting of customer data (dealers
and financial advisors) and/or product data (mutual funds)
E. Coordinating and prioritizing daily activities, priorities, and workload
related to a large strategic CRM project.
*Deliverables: *
i. Data Cleansing Plan
F. Manage and coordinate data development activities and projects
G. Collaborate with IT partners to resolve production and data quality
issues
H. Apply validation and enrichment concepts to improve the quality and
completeness of data
I. Develop and implement standard data quality and governance procedures.

iii. Data quality standards
iv. Introduce appropriate reporting and transparency capabilities required
to understand and manage the quality, storage and usage of information
