Position: Business Analyst Location: Warren, NJ Client: Banking No of Positions: 1 Duration: 6m+ (Extendable). Start: Immediate Rate: upto $400/day c2c Description . Performing various tasks relating to Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation . Own, manage, and improve upon a consistent approach to the Requirements & Design Phase of Product Development. . Insures that requirements received from business stakeholders for development of new modules or enhancements to existing modules are properly analyzed, documented and communicated to technology. . Provide oversight to offshore testing and development team to ensure that the application is developed as per approved requirements. Should have Risk Experience, Should have either one of the following experience(or all): Private Bank or Basel , Preferably an MBA and/or a CFA, at least 10 years of Industry experience, Good communication and People skills, Should have worked on complex Workflows and Rules Qualifications . Interacting with broad spectrum of team members including business stakeholders, business analysts, architects, application developers, and Software Validation team - both on-site and offshore . Seven or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry . Accomplished in using best practices for gathering and documenting complete and detailed requirements. . Experience with Financials Analysis process preferred. . Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills . Strong oral and written communication skills .
