Contractor will be responsible for End-to-End troubleshooting support within a Unix environment. Duties requires a deep level of advance technical knowledge of Unix, Solaris, Veritas, Storage Arrays, Networking, SUN and IBM hardware. Responsible for resolving single customer issues as well as support for service impacting outages.
