*Need Unix System Administrator - Indianapolis, IN 46250 - 12 Months Contract - NO H1b * *Position: Unix System AdministratorLocation: Indianapolis, IN 46250Duration: 12 Months with possible extension * Summary Under limited supervision, formulates/defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: UNIX (AIX) and Linux (Redhat) Provisioning Automation Developer. Develop scripts that can be called/scheduled to accomplish mass provision/de-provisioning access to UNIX AIX and Linux Redhat with the appropriate input files. Working with the AOC automation to document requirements, and develop solution that improve the automation of security provisioning (creating, deleting of user accounts and the inclusion/removal from local servers and groups. Perform implementation tasks related to automation. Document STD-IN and STD-OUT requirements for automation. Ensure all security controls and policies are adhered to through the process of automation. Document function designs. Participate in source code repository. Skills Required: In depth abilities in Perl, SSH, SSL, and Unix Shell scripting experience Must have a solid understanding of the standard practices of IT automation as it relates to user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Prior experience on user provisioning and access provisioning automation projects involving Unix and Linux is a must. Verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
